One Pot Pasta e Ceci (Pasta with Chickpeas)

My Modifications
I use water instead of vegetable broth, and salt it to my taste.
I also like to omit the cheese, and instead sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of each person's bowl when serving, and mix it in to the hot pasta so that it melts.
My Notes
I LOVE this recipe because it is just one pot, you don't have to drain the pasta, and I personally don't like to drain a heavy pot of pasta!
Also, when I have totally forgotten to make dinner this is a very quick go to because I usually have all the ingredients in the pantry.
If you want this to be gluten free, you can try using chickpea pasta. I have, and I liked it.
