Perelle's Kitchen is owned and operated by Pearl Creations, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Recipe content

Recipes, notes, and instructions are provided as-is, based on the site owner's own experience making them. We don't guarantee a particular result, and cooking always carries some risk — you're responsible for using safe food-handling practices, cooking to a safe internal temperature, and using your own judgment about freshness and quality of ingredients.

Dietary and allergen tags (such as gluten-free or dairy-free) reflect the site owner's understanding of the ingredients at the time a recipe was written — but a tag doesn't always mean the recipe is that way with no changes. Sometimes it means a straightforward substitution gets you there (for example, a recipe may be tagged gluten-free because almond flour can replace regular flour, or dairy-free because a milk alternative can replace dairy milk). Check each recipe's ingredient list and notes to see whether a substitution like that is needed. Brands also reformulate products, and cross-contact during preparation is always possible — if you have a food allergy or intolerance, verify every ingredient and its packaging yourself before eating; don't rely on these tags alone.

Kosher status shown on this site reflects the site owner's personal understanding and practice, not certification or supervision by any rabbinical authority or kosher certifying agency. Standards of kashrut vary, and product certifications can change — if you keep kosher, please verify ingredients and products against your own standard and any relevant hechsher before relying on a recipe.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearl Creations, LLC is not liable for any injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your use of the site or from attempting any recipe, technique, or instruction described on it. You assume all risk associated with cooking, kitchen equipment, and following any content on this site.

Attribution

Some recipes are original creations; others are adapted from or credited to outside sources, with a link to the original whenever one applies. Site text and photos not otherwise credited belong to Pearl Creations, LLC and shouldn't be republished without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
